your drawings are beautiful but the hull shape is a bit off. sorry i'm a sailor and just had to throw that out there. what the man is standing on, is it the bulbous bow correct? bc if so it is at the baseline of the bow and there is no curve below it.

but it is a lovely picture all the same. i love the colors and idea. i just hope that's not my vessel lol

I can just see this guy a few years from now with a beautiful seaside Tanker-conversion, showing that guy from Grand Designs around, talking about how it was just a decaying hulk with an enormous bite out of it.

this is a great piece, the lighting is great and the scene a rather feel good one, as if the character has been travelling all day and finishing it off with a cool beverage. Im particularly impressed it the composition and object placement here, especially the angle the ship is at, it helps us to read the image from left to right and the lighting the tent pulls the eyes back again :D

expertly crafted, my only improvement would be to lighten it just the tiniest bit put im mega picky about everything XD nice one
